I went 3 times for various tests and each time tests were conducted on time, with only a minor delay of 10-15 minutes, which is understandable and not a concern. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. I arrived for the tests around 12 PM and had informed the team about my requirement to receive the report by 5:30 PM, considering my appointment being at 6 PM with the doctor.
